There is one thing that makes me skeptical about these free PM tools, and it is support and continuity. There is no guarantee whatsoever that the developer(s) will keep on working on this product, and of course, since the product is free, there is no real (mandatory) support. Note: I have once published an article about the <a href='http://www.pmhut.com/what-would-an-ideal-project-management-tool-look-like' rel="nofollow">ideal project management tool</a>, which highlights 3 key aspects that you should look for in your PM tool.
